These terms apply to purchases from Play by Play. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and to review product options before payment.

Products, prices and availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are displayed at checkout where applicable. Product availability can change. We will contact you if an item cannot be supplied.

Select the appropriate size and follow the manufacturer’s directions, care guidance and safety warnings. Supervise play and inspect toys and leashes regularly.

Fulfillment and returns

Brand partners fulfill our products directly. Orders may arrive in separate shipments. Review our shipping and return information before ordering. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable law.
