Check the size and weight guidance on the product page and select the correct variant. Choose toys to suit your dog’s size and chewing style. Supervise play and replace worn or damaged items.

Who ships my order?

Our brand partners ship products directly to you. An order with products from different brands may arrive in separate packages.

What does shipping cost?

Available services and charges appear at checkout before payment. Rates depend on your items, the supplier and your destination.

Can I order a sold-out item?

A product can appear in our shop while a size or color is sold out. Only variants available for purchase can be ordered. Contact us with product questions; we cannot guarantee restock dates.

Can I change or return an order?
